My clients have always been very fortunate because we work closely together to find THE VERY BEST HOME within a given price range…so when my clients decide to sell their home years later they sell at TOP OF THE MARKET. Yes! My clients homes consistently sell in top 1% percent.  Buyer tip #101 , Look at any home purchase #1 As if – 100 people are looking at your home and comparing it to all other homes for sale in that same price range. #2. Be critical, be picky and be analytical. You may not think so now… but the home you are buying now, will be the home you are selling & marketing to 100 viewers in the future.

Evaluate the pluses – the appeal to the general public you see now will help you in the future. Likewise the drawbacks you see, the road noise, the odd floor-plan etc will be the same items that will hamper your sale price in the future.
