PARADISE VALLEY HOME PRICES STILL TRENDING UP IN 2021

Looking at Paradise Valley Home Prices 2020 to 2021. Are these incredible increases in home prices going to continue ?  My crystal ball is in for service… but from what I see, specializing in Luxury homes with a clientele of some of the most influential buyers in the world is … the train still has a lot of steam. List prices for homes for sale in Paradise Valley seem to be resilient to all world events.  There is no slow down in sight. In spite of all the activities around the world. Paradise Valley Real Estate is still seeing an over 15% increase year over year and climbing. To obtain a snapshot of the luxury home market in Paradise Valley between 2020 and 2021 we look at fixed variables over equal periods of time.

Paradise Valley – DEMAND PUSHING PRICES

Because of incredibly high demand and relatively low inventory, Paradise Valley home prices rose in early 2020 and have so through 2021. This includes homes built between 1985 and 1995.  With a structure square footage of between 4200 and 6500 square feet. Lot size between 40,000 and 49,000 square feet with one story. We have also seen a rise in Paradise Valley home prices for homes built between 1996 and 2012.  The highest gain in prices has been seen in homes for sale, newer construction homes in Paradise Valley built between 2015 and 2020. The gains in new construction has reached as high as 20% in one year !  With Jumbo interest rates below 2.95%. In one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The competition for quality homes with good design is fierce.
