My last dining experience at Steak 44 was a ‘date night’ … With heartfelt gratitude, we truly had the best service I’ve ever had! And I have dined all over the world from from Monaco to Roppongi. It also happened to be one of the best dating experiences I have ever had.. which reminds me of another touching thought.

Psychologist did a study of,  what gave us all the most joy in our life – Possessions or Experiences.  The study found, what you and I already know. By an overwhelming percentage,  it was “experiences” that brought us the most joy. I never forget this when I am looking for a home for a dear client… And I say it often.  A home is so, so important, not for how large it is, or the finishes in the home…  but how it makes you FEEL…And the hopes you have, for the hugs, the laughter, the tears of joy that will be shared in the home.
