The next essential in tools to sell a luxury home is “pricing”.  Pricing is key.  One of the most important points a home sellers needs to know is “no amount of marketing, presentation or salesmanship will sell an over-priced home”.    I have seen some of the nicest agents in Scottsdale Real Estate pour thousands of dollars into advertising only to loose the listing… AND a sale for their sellers.
